What services are included?
Prices are per person per night including the breakfast buffet in our restaurant, the parking (subject to availability), a beach spot with two sunbeds and an umbrella per room, the Wi-Fi connection in all the hotel areas, and the use of our bicycles. The half board rate also includes dinner with the adjoining buffet of vegetables and dessert (beverages excluded).

Credit cards or debit cards?
Yes, you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard,  and debit cards

As a confirmation, what kind of guarantee do require?

If you book online using our website (in this case you will benefit from special offers) your credit card number and its expiration date are required as a guarantee only. A pre-authorization of the entire amount of the stay will be made 14 days before the date of arrival, an amount that will only be withheld in case of cancellation beyond the terms of our cancellation policy. We reserve ourself the right to check the validity of your credit card. If there are errors, missing or invalid data, we will not consider the reservation valid. All your data is managed by a highly protected server that encrypts the card's numerical values.

Alternatively, you can pay a deposit by bank transfer of 20% of the total stay.

E-mail confirmation?
If the booking is made online from our website, soon after, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking with a summary of your stay.
If the reservation is confirmed by sending a bank draft or postal order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation after actual receipt of the deposit only.

Which is your cancellation policy?

The reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 7 days from the date of arrival, upon notice by email. After this deadline and up to 3 days before arrival the penalty is 50% of the cost of the stay, after which the cost of the entire stay will be charged in the rate of only bed and breakfast. In case of early departure without a justified reason, will be charged the cost of the room only, for a maximum of two nights.

At what time will be ready room?
The day of arrival your room will be available at 2:00 p.m., and parking is available since 12.00 a.m.. If you arrive early in the morning, we will provide to the registration of residents and will give you our pass for the hotel beach. Isn't it way better to wait for your room to be delivered comfortably under the umbrella and relaxing from the stress of travelling, rather than waiting long hours in the lobby? 

Up to now I can keep the room on the day of departure?
After a leisurely breakfast you leave the room between 10 am and 11 am. The keys of the room, at the same place and also free use of our beach is allowed until 13.00. After this time, please arrange with the lifeguard to stay a few more hours and use the entire day at the beach. Will give you a new umbrella or leave there on our place if there is enough availability.

Which services do you provide?
Prices are per person per night and include parking space in our private video surveillance car park (subject to availability), a beach with 2 beds and a beach umbrella per room. At what time will the room be ready?
On your arrival day your room will be available for 2:00 pm. In case you arrive early in the morning, we will provide the registration and we will give you the opportunity to take advantage of our services on the beach or in the pool. So the holiday really begins immediately.

Until what time can I keep the room on the day of departure?
The room must be vacated by 10.00 am; unless otherwise agreed with the managemen
